I just downloaded the base plate directly from Thingiverse and it is 100% fine.The units are in inches not millimeters.The base should be 2x3 inches.

I printed one on my repman. But had to turn the caps upside down to make them printable. Also some fileing was needed to make them fit. Otherwise its fine :-)
